Σύμφωνα με την επίσημη τελική λίστα που δόθηκε στη δημοσιότητα από τη γραμματεία της Λέσχης Bilderberg, οι Έλληνες που προσκλήθηκαν και παρακολουθούν τις εργασίες της συνόδου στο Σαντιγί της Βιρτζίνια (ΗΠΑ) είναι:
Τάσσος Γιαννίτσης πρώην υπουργός, Δημήτρης Παπαλεξόπουλος διευθύνων σύμβουλος τσιμεντοβιομηχανίας Τιτάν και Λουκάς Τσούκαλης πρόεδρος του ΕΛΙΑΜΕΠ. Ο κ. Γιαννίτσης είναι εκλεκτός των κ.κ Σημίτη-Παπαδήμου και εκ των πρωτεργατών του κόμματος που ετοιμάζουν, οι εν λόγω κύριοι. Δεν γίνεται αναφορά στο όνομα του πρώην υπ. Οικονομικών Γ. Παπακωνσταντίνου.
Κατά την άφιξη των προσκεκλημένων στο ξενοδοχείο Marriott όπου γίνονται οι εργασίες της φετινής συνόδου σημειώθηκαν κάποια επεισόδια με διαδηλωτές και η αστυνομία έκανε συλλήψεις.
Ιδιαίτερη υποδοχή επιφύλαξαν οι άνδρες της ασφάλειας στον Χένρι Κίσιντζερ και ένα ανθρώπινο τείχος προστασίας τον συνόδευσε στο εσωτερικό του ξενοδοχείου από τη λιμουζίνα που τον μετέφερε.
